Position Summary:

The Photographer at Fierce Creative Solutions is responsible for capturing high-quality, strategic visual content that elevates client brands and drives measurable marketing results.

This role is photography-first. It requires a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling. This individual owns the full photography process—from planning and shooting to editing and delivery—while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure content aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in professional photography (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and client-facing confidence

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in videography and/or video editing (Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Licensed Drone pilot 
  • Experience working in a marketing or agency environment

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Capture high-quality, on-brand photography for client campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials
  • Direct subjects confidently during shoots (clients, teams, products) to achieve strong, usable results
  • Consistently deliver content that aligns with brand strategy—not just aesthetics

Pre-Production & Planning

  • Plan shoots with clear direction (shot lists, creative vision, logistics)
  • Prepare equipment, lighting, and environments to ensure efficient execution
  • Align all creative direction with client goals and brand standards

Post-Production & Editing

  • Edit and retouch images to a polished, professional standard
  • Maintain consistency in color, tone, and visual style across deliverables
  • Deliver final assets on time, in the correct formats, with minimal revisions

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with CRMs, designers, and strategists to align visuals with campaign goals
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout projects
  • Adapt quickly to feedback while maintaining quality and ownership

  • Mix of in-office work and on-location client shoots primarily located within a 2 hour radius of Fredericksburg, Ohio
