Position Overview
The Social Media Marketing Intern at Fierce Creative Solutions supports the Creative team in building strategic, results-driven social media campaigns for client accounts. This role is designed for students who are creative, strategic, detail-oriented, and have a passion for how social media drives measurable business growth.
The intern will assist with content creation, campaign execution, analytics tracking, trend research, and implementation across platforms while gaining hands-on experience in real client campaigns.
This is not a shadowing role. Interns will contribute directly to live client accounts under supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Research Support
- Assist with researching trends, competitors, and platform updates
- Help identify content opportunities aligned with client goals
- Support development of monthly content plans
Content Creation & Optimization
- Draft captions aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Assist in creating photo, video, and written content
- Ensure content follows platform best practices
- Support hashtag research and optimization
Campaign Execution
- Schedule and publish content across social platforms
- Assist with creating content for paid and organic campaigns
- Monitor engagement and performance when required
Analytics & Reporting
- Pull engagement and performance data from social platforms
- Assist in tracking growth metrics and campaign performance
- Support preparation of monthly client reports
Content & Collaboration
- Work with Social Media Coordinators to align visuals with strategy
- Coordinate with Client Relationship Managers on deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions
