Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
- Follow content strategies tailored to meet client goals and align with brand identity.
- Execute unique social media campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices, the client's voice, and current marketing trends.
- Capture high-quality visual and written content in the field when necessary.
- Regularly review analytics to assess performance, identify what’s working, and pivot strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaboration with Internal Teams & Clients
- Communicate with clients and teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bi-weekly team meetings to align with creative direction.
- Work closely with Graphic Designers and the Client Relationship Managers to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
Content Creation & Management
- Create and post engaging content for social media platforms.
- Follow content creation processes.
- Track and manage project hours to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.
Industry Research & Trend Monitoring
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.
- Analyze emerging tools, AI solutions, and creative trends to enhance content strategies.
- Apply industry best practices in social media management and content creation.
- Demonstrate platform-specific expertise—understanding that business social media marketing is strategic and data-driven, not just posting content or gaining followers.
Performance Expectations

- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
