Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Follow content strategies tailored to meet client goals and align with brand identity.
  • Execute unique social media campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices, the client's voice, and current marketing trends.
  • Capture high-quality visual and written content in the field when necessary.
  • Regularly review analytics to assess performance, identify what’s working, and pivot strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration with Internal Teams & Clients

  • Communicate with clients and teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bi-weekly team meetings to align with creative direction.
  • Work closely with Graphic Designers and the Client Relationship Managers to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Content Creation & Management

  • Create and post engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Follow content creation processes.
  • Track and manage project hours to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.

Industry Research & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform changes.
  • Analyze emerging tools, AI solutions, and creative trends to enhance content strategies.
  • Apply industry best practices in social media management and content creation.
  • Demonstrate platform-specific expertise—understanding that business social media marketing is strategic and data-driven, not just posting content or gaining followers. 

Performance Expectations

  • Deliver error-free content that aligns with client goals and audience expectations.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Demonstrate creativity and strategic thinking in all content initiatives.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Continuously review and collaborate with CRMs and the Team Lead to improve content strategies based on analytics and feedback.

Work Environment & Conditions

  • This role is located at our office and requires in-person collaboration.
  • May require occasional travel for client meetings, content capture, or company events.
